We are looking for full-time Data & QA officer to help improving transcriptions of voice recordings. You task would be to annotate audio files, as well as perform data Quality Assurance and help establish process standards.
Set up and improve the annotation process and standards
Perform Quality Assurance and data analytics
Annotate data to understand the issues
Create and maintain gold standard
Analysis of the annotations
Establish process standards
Help automate annotator feedback and training
Working closely with developers
Contribute to our AI/ML technology
Excellent verbal and written in English language
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with external APIs
Ability to write clear and complete testing scenarios
